About Our Board of Managers
The Washington County Board of Commissioners seeks applicants for our board and selects all members. Each District board member is appointed for a 3-year term and can seek reappointment after their term expires.
Our Meetings
The Carnelian-Marine-St. Croix Watershed District Board of Managers normally meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Scandia City Hall and Community Center at 14727 209th St N, Scandia, MN 55073.
